● PRODUCTION & INVENTORY

One stock truth,
across every channel.

Your stock lives in too many places — FBA, your 3PL, your own shelves. KovaBooks keeps one connected picture of what you have, what's on the way, and what's spoken for — then goes deeper than a stock counter ever could: real bills of materials, copacker production runs, and landed cost down to the bag.

01

Connect

FBA, 3PL, and your own warehouses sync into one stock picture.

02

Reserve

Allocations hold stock for pending orders — available is what's truly free.

03

Make

Copacker production runs consume raw materials and receipt finished goods.

04

Cost

BOM rolls up true cost per bag, with inbound freight as landed cost.

● 01 — CONNECTED STOCK

Every warehouse, one picture.

FBA, your 3PL, and your own shelves report into one view — on-hand, inbound, and reserved, per SKU, per location. Amazon's messy multi-SKU snapshots are de-duplicated automatically, and a guard keeps auto-claimed Amazon SKUs from corrupting the stock on your real products. Your storefront reads from this, so product pages show what's genuinely available.

  • FBA + 3PL + your warehouses in one stock picture, per SKU and location
  • On-hand, inbound (on the way), and reserved — tracked distinctly
  • Amazon multi-SKU snapshots de-duplicated automatically
  • Wholesale and retail can source from different warehouses
● STRAIGHT TALK

What it does, and what it doesn't

in progress

Live-priced COGS

Cost is computed live from current material prices, so historical orders re-price if a raw cost changes. A cost snapshot at ship time, so old margins stay fixed, is planned.

out of scope

Lot & expiry

We don't track lots, batches, or expiration dates (FEFO) yet. For dated or perishable goods, that batch-level tracking isn't here today.

out of scope

Counts & work orders

No cycle-count workflow, formal work orders, capacity scheduling, or WIP states. Production is modeled through POs and reconciliation, not a shop-floor system.

planned

Forecasting & scanners

No demand forecasting, supplier scorecards, or barcode/scanner integration. Reorder points alert you — they don't auto-order.

● BUILT FOR MAKERS

Inventory that knows you make things.

One connected stock picture, real production runs, and true cost per bag — wired into the same system that runs your store, your channels, and your books. Built by an operator who makes a physical product, for the ones who do too.
